Cancellation Window

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase confirmation.

  • Once the 12-hour window has passed, orders move into production and can no longer be cancelled.

Returns Policy

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for preference-based reasons. However, we will gladly resolve any issues caused by production or fulfillment errors.

Returns are accepted only if the issue is the result of a manufacturing or fulfillment error, including:

  • Incorrect Size: The size received does not match the size selected at checkout.
  • Wrong Design or Print: The product differs from the approved order design.

Important: We cannot accept returns for custom products unless one of the above conditions applies.

Return Shipping
