Welcome to Palmway Apparel! We take pride in crafting custom apparel and delivering it to you as efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our production process, estimated delivery timelines, and shipping options.
When Will You Receive Your Order?
All Palmway Apparel products are made to order. Production begins shortly after your payment is successfully processed, ensuring each item is created specifically for you.
Order Processing & Modification Window
12-Hour Order Adjustment Period
After checkout, your order is placed into our processing queue for 12 hours. During this time, you may:
- Update sizes or quantities
- Adjust designs or color selections
- Correct shipping details
- Request a full cancellation
Important: Once the 12-hour window has passed, production begins and changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
To request changes, please email us at support@palmwayapparel.com with your order number within the allowed timeframe.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Production and shipping times vary depending on the product type and destination. All timeframes below are estimates and exclude weekends and holidays.
Standard Apparel (Partial or Regular Print)
- Production: 1–4 business days
- Shipping (U.S.): 4–10 business days
- Shipping (International): 4–15 business days
Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
All-Over Print Apparel (Full Coverage Designs)
- Production: 1–4 business days
- Shipping (U.S.): 4–10 business days
- Shipping (International): 4–15 business days
Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Note: In rare cases—such as deliveries to remote locations or areas with strict customs procedures— total delivery time may extend to 20–25 business days.
International Orders
- Additional Transit Time: 2–3 weeks beyond standard shipping estimates
- Maximum Delivery Time: Up to 22–28 business days
Delivery estimates are based on normal production and carrier conditions. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather disruptions, or carrier-related issues.

United States Orders
- Orders under $100: $7.99 flat-rate shipping
- Orders $100 and over: Free Shipping
All prices are listed in USD.
Special Locations: Additional fees may apply for remote or restricted delivery areas. If applicable, you will be notified prior to shipment.
Shipping Options & Restrictions
Multiple Addresses
Each order can be shipped to one address only. To ship items to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
PO Box Deliveries
- Accepted: Yes
- Extra Fees: None
- Tracking: Available where supported by the carrier
APO / FPO Military Addresses
- Accepted: Yes
- Estimated Delivery: 40–45 business days
- Tracking Limitations: Updates may be limited once packages enter military postal systems
- Security Delays: Additional screening may extend delivery times
International Shipping & Customs
Duties, Taxes & Fees
Palmway Apparel does not collect international duties, VAT, or import taxes. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon delivery.

- Packages are declared accurately and transparently
- Customs processing may delay delivery beyond estimated timelines
Tracking Limitations
Some international destinations provide limited tracking updates. This does not indicate a lost shipment, but rather limited scanning by local postal services.
