  • Once the 12-hour window has passed, orders move into production and can no longer be cancelled.

Returns Policy

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept preference-based returns. Verified production or fulfillment errors qualify for a free replacement or refund.

  • Wrong Design or Print: The product differs from the approved order design.
