Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase confirmation.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted to our customer support team.
  • Once the 12-hour window has passed, orders move into production and can no longer be cancelled.

To cancel an order within the allowed time frame, please email us at support@palmwayapparel.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for preference-based reasons. However, we will gladly resolve any issues caused by production or fulfillment errors.

Eligible Return Reasons

Returns are accepted only if the issue is the result of a manufacturing or fulfillment error, including:

  • Incorrect Size: The size received does not match the size selected at checkout.
  • Wrong Design or Print: The product differs from the approved order design.
  • Defective Item: Visible flaws such as misprints, tears, or damage caused during production.

Important: We cannot accept returns for custom products unless one of the above conditions applies.

Return Request Guidelines

Request Period: Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery, based on carrier tracking.
